Dover Rug Company Inc. is a family owned business, our primary focus is to design, manufacturer and produce unusual, and one of a kind hand knotted rugs and other fine floor covering for today’s living. We sell only first quality merchandise and take pride in our product and services.
You may try any of our rugs and carpet samples at home before you make your final decision to purchase. We encourage this policy to enable our customers to make this important decision with confidence knowing the quality, price, design, history, and other pertinent facts about rugs and carpeting. It is important to see your rug with your existing furnishings, fabrics and lighting to truly appreciate the beauty of the “Art on the Floor”. Our home trial period is for 2 days. Rugs and carpet samples held for more than 5 days will be considered a final sale and will be subject to our final sale policy.
Dover Rug and Home offers a lifetime trade policy for any hand knotted rug purchased from us. Your investment in a rug is always protected with us. You may trade in your hand knotted Dover Rug at any time towards any other hand knotted rug in our store provided that you properly maintain, care and clean your rug while with you. The value of your trade will be at the discretion of the management team at Dover Rug based on the fair market value of the rug at the time of trade and the condition of the rug. The trade in credit can be used towards any regularly priced, in stock handknotted rug of equal or greater value (discounted items and custom orders are excluded). The trade in is only acceptable for handknotted rug for handknotted rug. This may not be combined with any other sales, discounts, or rebates. Any special online advertised rugs with pricing can not be combined with a trade in.
All custom orders are final sales, no refunds or store credit. All broadloom carpeting is final sales, no refund or store credit.
All other sales are final (no cash refunds). Only merchandise credit within 7 days of purchase for similar type of products i.e. machine made rugs for machine made rugs and hand knotted rugs for hand knotted rugs only. Merchandise purchased on special sale or special order is considered final sale and is not subject to cancellation, exchange or credit. It is understood and agreed that merchandise on any special order is the property of Dover Rug Co. Inc. until fully paid for.
