Stock Team Associate

Job Description: Dover Rug & Home is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Stock Team Associate to join our Natick showroom team. This position plays an important role in maintaining our inventory, supporting showroom operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, working with a team, and learning about the home furnishings industry. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Flipping, moving, and displaying rugs throughout the showroom and warehouse
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
  • Assisting customers and sales staff as needed, including answering phones
  • Helping with local deliveries and merchandise transfers
  • Cleaning, preparing, and maintaining rugs for display
  • Labeling and organizing rug and carpet samples
  • Loading and unloading merchandise
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Supporting showroom setup and merchandising projects
  • Assisting with general warehouse and stockroom operations

Qualifications

  • Fast learner with computer oriented skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise with assistance when needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver's license preferred
