Dover Squash & Fitness Welcomes DanceFIT Studio

We are absolutely thrilled to announce our partnership with DanceFIT Studio! On December 1st the dance studio, which offers children’s ballet classes, dance inspired yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and a signature barre inspired balletFIT™ workout, is coming to our Dover Squash and Fitness facility.

The amazing fitness program was founded in 2007 with a location in Brookline and has since earned the title of #1 dance studio in Brookline by the Reader’s Choice Awards five times, a distinction unmatched by any Boston area studio. We instantly fell in love with the welcoming environment of DanceFIT and the founder, Gina Fay.

Gina Fay

We were so impressed by Gina’s knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm! Having studied and preformed under many of the world’s top dancers and teachers and having served as the Assistant Director of Education for The Washington Ballet’s Outreach Program, Gina was exposed to the many different methodologies, teaching techniques, and varying studio environments prevalent in the dance and fitness industry. Gina’s vast experience allowed her to create the comprehensive and innovative fitness program that we are so excited to share with our customers.

We encourage everyone to take advantage of the promotional classes that will run throughout November and to join us for our grand opening weekend December 7th and 8th. We will also run promotional classes for our children’s program throughout December before the program officially launches in January. For more information visit the DanceFIT website at
